How do I place an order?
Shop by category or go straight to Bulk Pricing & Kit Tiers to choose the kit size that fits your research volume, add it to your cart, and check out. Bulk tier discounts are applied automatically once your quantity qualifies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept secure Interac e-Transfer. Transfer instructions are shown after checkout and in your confirmation email.
How long does order processing take?
Orders move into processing once payment is received and verified, then ship discreetly.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, a $500 minimum order applies. Current minimums and qualifying kit tiers are shown in your cart.
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders over $750 qualify for free shipping. See Freight & Delivery for carriers and timelines.
Do trade accounts get a discount?
Yes, trade accounts save 5%. Visit Trade Accounts to set one up.
Do wholesale or trade orders need extra verification?
