Paying by Interac e-Transfer

Interac e-Transfer is our accepted payment method for orders placed through the PepsDepot checkout.

How it works

  1. Add your kits to cart and complete checkout, selecting Interac e-Transfer as your payment method.
  2. Your order is placed on hold while payment is pending — you’ll see the transfer details (recipient email, security question and answer) on the order confirmation screen and in your confirmation email.
  3. Send the e-Transfer for the exact order total using your own online banking app or website.
  4. Once payment is received and verified, your order status is updated and processing begins.
Send the exact total shown on your order confirmation. If the amount or payment details differ, contact us before resending; processing begins once the transfer is received and verified.

Security question & answer

Interac e-Transfer requires a security question and answer to release funds to the recipient. These are generated per order and provided at checkout — only enter them exactly as shown to avoid delays.

Trouble sending a transfer?

If your bank doesn’t show PepsDepot as a recipient, double-check the email address shown on your order confirmation, or get in touch and we’ll help sort it out.
